Happiness is considered to be a positive emotion in the field of psychology. state well-being that comprises living good life, one with sense meaning and inner contentment. For any organisation thrive perform well, having happy employees crucial business since they put more effort are generally productive. They enthusiastic about what will accomplish how they're going do it. People who their jobs tend productive, engaged, ultimately happier life than those aren't content jobs. A employee too likely contribute work environment serve as role model for fellow co-workers. Taking into account these effects, purpose this study promote happiness at by reviewing factors lead work, particularly meaningful affective commitment, gratitude promoting work. This paper presents conceptual framework could significantly future research area.
